Stone carving workshop
Of course, the traditions of stone carving go back to the Stone Age, but today it is rather a disappearing skill mastered by few masters. It is an even greater pleasure to share the basics and practical techniques of stone carving with those who are interested in making a tombstone for their loved ones themselves, carving a farm name or a family sign. The work is physically demanding, but anyone can do it, no previous experience is necessary!
The person who has completed the training knows and knows how to use the basic tools of stonework, knows the main work techniques and is familiar with the occupational safety requirements.The training takes place only in Estonian. An English-speaking participant must come with an Estonian-speaking companion who will translate the master's instruction.
The price of the workshop is 82 eur/person
Food and drink selection:
- Coffee break with a sweet bite (coffee-tea-flavored water, cookies-sweets, fruit)
- Coffee break with a salty bite (coffee-tea-flavored water, fresh pretzel, cookies-candy, fruit)
- Charcuterie platter and a glass of wine (classic charcuterie platter, red or white wine, water)
- A selection of snacks and a bottle of beer (nice selection of beer snacks, craft beer, water)
- Greater variety of catering
