General terms & conditions

1. The participant in the campaign confirms to the Organizer the correctness of the data provided about him and the compliance with the conditions established by the Organizer regarding the campaign, his desire to participate in the campaign and his acceptance of all conditions established by the Organizer regarding the campaign.
2. Expenses related to receiving the prize will not be compensated by the Organizer.
3. The value of the prize cannot be partially or fully paid out in money or exchanged for another thing or service.
4. The raffle prize does not come with a deadline or other obligations.
5. The organizer has the right to change or correct the conditions unilaterally by announcing it via tiimiüritus.ee.
6. In the event of a significant violation or abuse of the terms or force majeure, the Organizer has the right to unilaterally end the Consumer Game at any time and not to draw the prize and/or not hand over the prize to the winner, notifying it immediately via the tiimiüritus.ee page.
7. In the case of disregarding the terms of the campaign by the campaign participant or providing false or inaccurate information about himself to the organizer, as well as in the event of other failures (arrival/non-arrival of the data entered by the campaign participant during the campaign period to the organizer or the organizer fails to contact the gift card recipient, which is not caused by the organizers fault) the organizer is not responsible for the campaign participants failure to miss the gift card delivery.
8. The Organizer has the right to remove from the consumer game all participants who, in the Organizers opinion, do not meet the conditions.

10. By participating in the consumer game, the participant consents to the processing of their data in accordance with the Organizers customer data processing principles, which can be found here.
